Early January 2005 saw the men from the leadlight group with a few other gentlemen remove all the contents from the "activities room".

The carpet was ripped out and all the fixtures taken off the walls.

Many hands made light work of completely patching then repainting all the walls and the floor received a generous coating of polyurethane.

"The Group" has reused the old bar top for a workbench after making several box style cupboards as the supports. The back of the doors and doorframes has also received a coat of paint. With more shelving and additional fluoro lighting this room will become a great place to be.

Our lead light group meets each Wednesday afternoon 1pm - 3pm  to create and recreate.

Occasionally our group has a "discussion over lunch" at a local venue.

Everyone is welcome to join in the shenanigans and learn the fine art of leadlight & foiling with glass.

Come on, give it a go.
