The VVF ‘IN-STITCHES’ quilting group has been in operation for many years and has grown to include 12 members, including 3 very talented men. Group members are extremely supportive of each other in their endeavours (wonderful beginner support) & the close warm camaraderie that is felt by the members make our meetings enjoyable productive ’fun’ events, resulting in a great deal of personal satisfaction in our individual achievements. New members are most welcome. Members have made (and continue to make) special ‘theme’ quilts for personal & family use, as well as a number of items for the VVF to auction for fund raising purposes or to display at our Warradale headquarters. Quilts have been made and donated to the Victorian Bush Fire Appeal, Queensland floods and to our troops in Afghanistan.
